Rhonda C. Hicks Our chapter had a ball last night! Many thanks to Blackfinn Ameripub - Park West for hosting our meeting. We talked about Clean eating and learned how to makeover our pantries and recipes courtesy of our very own, Monica Dennis, Founder of Monica Dennis Health and Wellness (Monica Wellness on Facebook). We then hopped over to Pure Barre Cary where Denise and Cheryl excited introduced the concept behind Pure Barre, reinforcing the importance of exercise as it relates to heart health! Did I mention we had a speed networking exercise to get to know one another as well? WOW, what a night! Thanks to all who were able to join us! ‪#‎hearthealth‬ ‪#‎cleaneating‬ ‪#‎networking‬ ‪#‎NAPWROCKS‬
