Bonus Recipe: Crockpot Balsamic Pork Roast
2lb boneless pork shoulder roast
Sea salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Season pork with salt, garlic powder, & red pepper flakes and place in the slow cooker
Push garlic gloves into the meat
Mix together the broth, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and pour over the pork.
Drizzle honey over the top of the pork
Cook 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.

"FITNESS CHALLENGE WITH CASH!!!! Say what?! YES PLEASE!
Ok guys, If you're anything like me, the Fall just makes me think of Halloween candy and amazing holiday foods! AND yes, I BELIEVE in enjoying treats on Holidays. This fitness challenge group will help us all stay accountable on the other days while having fun playing a game to win CASH!
We will workout and drink a shake daily to win! That is it! Here's how it works:
•We start on September 5 and runs for 4 weeks through October 2.
•Beachbody has a pot of money up for grabs ready to split with EVERYONE who enters and does those two things above ($1M-$3M omg!)
•No one has to pay to enter. Your payment is your workout program and our Shakeology that you work with me to get (AKA the healthy tools that helped me lose 40 pounds!).
•You will keep an official log of your workouts/one shake a day in the My Challenge Tracker app (super easy, I’ll help you set it up), and in a group on here to have the extra support!
•You must log in at least 3 Beachbody workouts per week
•You must log in at least 5 Shakeology's per week plus post a photo of your Shakeology with your tracked activity.
•Win and share equally in the final cash pot!
