    C4ISR Project Manager
    Description:Leidos has an opening for a C4ISR Project Manager at Langley AFB in Hampton, VA. Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI. The C4ISR Project manager will plan and manage the implementation of IT requirements in order to meet diverse customer needs within an enterprise network architecture operating at multiple security classification levels.     Senior Application Developer In this role you will understand and translate business needs into working system code for new applications and modify, support and transform existing ones. You will be responsible for providing leadership to more junior team members, and interfacing with management. Additionally you will work with analysts and key users to understand functional requirements and then create detailed designs that drive actual database design and code. You will work on elements of projects with a moderate to high level of complexity, doing analysis, design, programming assignments, and unit testing.
