You will responsible for quality of all operations performed, use of statistical process control charts, and continuous improvement in quality. Essential Responsibilities * Workplace organization for good housekeeping and cleanliness, to promote safety, and to improve work practices for fast setup * Perform routine machine operations, normal machine adjustments such as speed, feeds and cutting tools, fast setup, and routine preventative maintenance to equipment * Be aware of problems and correct the cause of the problem * Efficiently operate Mills, Lathes, and other basic machinery * Perform all deburr / cleaning operations, and related duties as assignedQualifications/Requirements * High School Diploma / GED or Technical Certificate from an accredited school or institution * Minimum 1 year in a production manufacturing environment * Minimum 2 years in Technical Machining Apprenticeship program Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
