    Description: Raytheon is looking for a Senior Training and Development Specialist to implement and operate the Home Station Instrumentation Training System (HITS) computerized training system. The candidate will: Plan, develop, and participate in the execution of operational exercise-related requirements and support individual, collective, and multi-echelon training requirements.
