    Purnima Sreenivasan o NAPW Hello All, My name is Purnima Sreenivasan. Our business ‘Health Aim Inc’ is now open as of November 1st, 2016! We provide Aging Life Care Services - Comprehensive Geriatric Health Services Consultation, Geriatric Care Management, Geriatric Placement, navigation and coaching amongst others! We are also open to building Geriatric Health Care Systems for businesses, institutions etc worldwide! We do not provide medical care currently. Our office hours are 830-1230 and 130-530 pm Monday through Friday; our lunch hours are 1230-130 pm. We are closed on major business holidays and all weekends. Our business is open to new patients/ clients; we serve the older adult population. We welcome new referrals and honored to serve the communities and make a genuine difference in people’s lives! In this position you will be utilizing ES product knowledge, schedules, conducts and monitors the initial pre and post training, Learning Resource Center and self studies for Service and Conversion associates. Counsels or guides trainees by providing weekly training progress evaluations as well as monitors progress by use of simulations, the CMI system and on-the-job training.
