I love what I do, but there are many career advancement opportunities that I can pursue. I can use an Empowerment meeting, or workshop to start. February is Women's Health and Black History Month
More American women die from heart disease than any other disease or illness! It's estimated that 80% of heart disease is preventable and controllable. Every woman needs to learn how to stay heart healthy through proper nutrition, diet, and exercise. Our health is the most important aspect of our lives- it gives us the power to achieve our goals and enjoy our personal and professional success.
February Black History
Black History is American History. From abolistionists, civil rights leaders and government officials to religious leaders, scholars, educators, scientists and inventors, African Americans have stood proud in helping shape the United States. Their cultural diversity is an exploration in world history as well as a jouney of struggle and success.
