Welcome to the Binghamton, NY Local Chapter Page!

We give the women in the Binghamton and surrounding area an opportunity to connect and network.

As a Chapter, my hope is that we will inspire by Illuminating our Chapter, Nurturing our minds, Stirring our creativity, Provoke discussion, Invigorate our members businesses, Renew our senses, and Energize our communities.

Starting in July - September we will be holding 2 additions to our monthly meeting/events:


Coffee-N-Networking:

Location: Wegmans in Johnson City, NY
Time: 7:00 – 7:30 am
Dates: 1st Monday’s of Month (July 7, 2014, August 4, 2014, Septmeber 2, 2014) 

September 1st is Labor Day, Coffee and Networking will be held on that Tue (Sep. 2nd)


Walk-N-Networking:

Location: Vestal Rail Trail (Entrance Behind the Subway Restaurant)
Time: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Dates: 2nd Monday’s of Month (July 14th, August 11th, September 8th)
*If there is rain forecasted for the day, Walk-N-Networking will be rescheduled
 for the following day without rain in the forecast

Special Thank You - The Kitchen Store

We all would like to say a special thank you to Sue owner of The Kitchen Store for hosting our Cooking for a Cause Event. Thank you for teaching us an amazing menu; Chicken in White Wine, Spinach Pasta,and Chocolate Stout Cake. Thank you for allowing us to hold a food drive at your location which collected almost 80 lbs of food. Thank you for helping us raise awareness for our local food bank. Marianne Kaufmann The Cooking for a Cause Event was so much fun.  We got to play with dough and make homemade pasta, along with other delicious recipes, as well as enjoy pleasant company and enjoy a good meal.  My friends who participated are still talking about the event.

Cooking for a Cause - Tonight 6 pm - You Can Make A Difference

The NAPW Binghamton Chapter created Cooking for a Cause with the Kitchen Store in Owego, NY to bring awareness to our local food bank…Food Bank of the Southern Tier. As much as we might not want to admit it, we have children and families going hungry in our own communities. Cooking for a Cause

The NAPW Binghamton Chapter will be sponsoring a Cooking for a Cause Class on June 12, 2014 at 6:00 pm at The Kitchen Store’s new location 59 North Ave, Owego, NY.  Space is limited so call (607-625-5048) and RSVP your seat today.  In this class you will learn how to cook a great meal: Chicken in White Wine with Fresh Spinach Pasta and Stout Cake.
