Greetings Ladies of the Northern Virginia Chapter!
My name is Laura Dotson and I am the Northern VA Chapter President.
I am a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as well as the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. I am Public Health Nutritionist at the Samueli Institute for the Health Research and Education Center. My work primarily focuses on nutrition, physical activity, maternal and child health, speical needs children, military health/resilience, and cultural competence.
I look forward to the Northern VA chapter becoming a strong community of professional women learning, growing, and networking together.
I hope that I will have the opportunity to say Hello to each of you at one of our events this year! Please stay tuned for upcoming events!
