We are pleased to say that the Tucson Chapter is up and running; and will be featuring fun and exciting events in the months to come.

Ready to write a book--how about a book to promote your business! I just finalized my paperback book on CreateSpace (an Amazon Company giving all the steps to write and organize a book and publish it as an e-book on Amazon or a paperback on Create Space and Amazon. There are no up-front costs! I had fun writing it.... think about it. It takes 2 years after you have written a book to get published and for sale--and you only get 5%. With Amazon, you can have it up and for sale the day after you fi... Read More

Presentation last meeting on getting healthy first and foremost

I gave a short presentation at the last meeting on my "Get Healthy Revolution." The women were already health-conscious, so we had a good, meaningful discussion. I gave several general suggestions for getting and keeping healthy. Of course, the first one is eat good quality, real foods--that's what fuels our body. Anything else, it has to work overtime to throw out. One easy thing to do is a slow liver cleanse. First thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, take ! scant Tbsp. of good quality o... Read More

executive director

I am happy to see something from Tucson. Someone needs to make meeting times and locations available at least 10 days in advance. I joined in February and this is the first time I have seen information. Of course I missed the meeting. I usually check at the beginning of each week for information. KT Read More

Nancy Freeman  The meetings are at the Old Pueblo Grill, 60 N. Alvernon at 6 pm every 3rd Thursday. Like you I was thinking that nothing was happening. I posted on this wall and one person responded. The thing is the President quit without arranging for a replacement and she is the only one who has access to the page....Evidently, there is an email list for members and they do not use this wall. But I have been a member for 3 months and never received anything.
 So see you next month.

After dinner, I will be giving a upbeat, entertaining presentation on my Get Healthy Revolution--easiest way to cut down on medical costs... and have more energy to follow your dreams. I do have a... Dear Friends, I am a realitively new member and I was disapponted to find out that the Tucson group is defunct. I joined because I wanted to have a connection with some savy women for some brainstorming and mutual support. It seems the hang-up is not having a President. We can go ahead on our own.... What do you think? Please contact me with your ideas!! Nancy Freeman Read More
