Since 1990 Consuelo has pursued extensive training, education, and certification in areas of nutrition, functional medicine, and health. Consuelo received her certification as a Nutrition Educator from the National Association of Certified Natural Health Professionals in 2005, She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, She holds a Certificate of Completion in Enzyme Nutrition from the Loomis Institute of Enzyme Nutrition in Madison, WI and recently completed studies from the Holistic Nutrition Lab: Full Body Systems, Portland, Oregon. She is a certified Wellness Coach with a mission to support men and women to reduce stress, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other lifestyle induced diseases.
