One Man's Music

“A beautifully written story filled with wit,

music and romance.”

  Donna Rauch, BARNES & NOBLE

Obsessions: Musically talented and neglected, ten-year-old Jenna Adams  is obsessed with the lush music and handsome photograph of composer Eric Ries. At thirteen, feeling totally alone in the world, she imagines he is a nurturing father who loves her. As a young woman and professional singer, she falls in love with the real Eric. His charismatic brilliance and heartless egotism threaten to ruin her life.

Why is this novel unique? One Man’s Music is a sensual love story written by a professional actor and musician who is also a music psychotherapist. Conroy’s unique approach creates passionate characters lusting after fame, sex, and  true affection. They are driven by music, an invincible, stand-alone character dominating everyone it touches.

A review on the book
"Bags-n-Stuff" written by Na'Jee Khabir!

For first time author Tonya Brown, of Newark, NJ, the release of “Bags-N-Stuff” has proven to be both figuratively and literally gratifying. Through this mind opening compilation of inspirational stories and erotic poetry, Brown fearlessly exposes her heart for readers to feel.

With a self-explanatory title, “Bags-N-Stuff” describes the metaphorical baggage we accumulate while traveling on life’s roads. The bags, and on top of that the stuff, truly encapsulates the reason for much unhappiness. “Life is a journey, full of ups and downs. The joy is not in having reached your destination; it’s how you get there!” Brown says in an insightful introduction.

The book automatically grabs the reader’s attention as it opens with an electrifying account of a woman who unknowingly finds herself in a love triangle, or shall we say lust? She discovers her role as the third party when she hears another woman screaming on the other end of her man’s phone, “I want her out of our lives, I want her gone, get rid of her before I do”.

The main character at first appears unspecified; however, Brown openly explains that she is a fictional collage of her own personal experiences and the experiences of others. Nonetheless, who each actual story belongs to remains far less important than the cathartic message the book reveals. Be ready to let go of bondage while reading “Bags-N-Stuff”!

Throughout the book biblical passages can be found complimenting the author’s message. She explains that this is not a book on religion but it would be misleading to omit the role spirituality has played in her life’s story. Yet in still what makes “Bags-N-Stuff” most appealing is that it’s an all inclusive party.

There is just the right amount of scandal sautéed with expressively orgasmic eroticism to fill the reader’s plate. Poems such as Getting Lay’d, Touched, This Morning and No Boundaries depict the incontestable splendor in human sensuality. Though she toys with themes of eroticism this is not a sex book. Ms. Brown is giving you water for your mind and just happens to keep it all the way real while doing so.

“This is a book about US, as a people (Men and Women) and the things we go through in life” she says while describing “Bags-N-Stuff”. This book will take you on an invigorating journey of learning to forgive and live while releasing some of the baggage that holds us all down. Readers are connected to the author and her journey through her words which are supported by raw and uninhibited artistry. Join Tonya Brown, also known as Loyaltie, as she releases “Bags-N-Stuff”.

IT MIGHT NOT BE HIM IT MIGHT JUST BE YOU
I wrote IT MAY NOT BE HIM IT JUST MIGHT BE YOU
to help someone else get clear on past and future
relationships. This vicious cycle needed to be
rerouted, redirected and not be repeated. I was tired
of feeling sorry for myself. There maybe others in this
same rut and not recognize it. I know we are worthy
and lovable. On the following pages, I have addressed
some questions I asked myself. I tell a story; I provide
a moral to my story and after each passage its
proceeded with a poem. My purpose for writing this
book was to discover how relief feels when you take
responsibility for your own happiness. My hope is
that my message saves someone and if it doesn’t may
it give you insightfulness on what one woman’s journey has been.

A Lov Story of Impossible Bottles (Paperback)

A Love Story of Impossible Bottles is author Kathy Brown’s gift to her husband, Chris A. Brown, who tragically died in a skydiving accident on July 7, 2012, at the age of fifty-two. A special and unique person with many interests and talents, Chris was the master of the art of impossible bottles and the original owner and founder of the website insidethebottle.com.

This book is based upon a beautiful concept: Impossible Bottles, all of which hold some special memory. According to the author, the bottles described in this book symbolize a person’s heart. We don’t easily let everything come in, but when someone or something is special and dear to us, it stays in our hearts like the memories captured in those bottles.

Here, Kathy Brown invites you into hers and Chris’ world through stories of impossible bottles about love, friendship, family, relationships, tragedy, loss, and Kathy’s personal journey to become an American. She shares some of Chris’s best techniques to make his own type of impossible bottles and ideas on inspiring your own creativity. Chris always wanted to find a way to share his knowledge and joy with others, to encourage others to take up a healthy hobby that helps people to develop patience and self-control. Now, Kathy honors her husband’s creativity and passion for this unusual art form by sharing some of his best creations.
